How we handle information you send us

01 Who we are

Apex Pacific Commerce LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, operating as a cross-border e-commerce distributor. Our registered office is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

02 What we collect

We collect personal information in exactly one place: the wholesale application form on our home page. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your company or brand name
• Your name, as the contact person
• Your work email address
• Your phone number
• Your catalog or website address, if you provide one
• The message describing your partnership scope

Alongside those, our systems automatically record the IP address the submission came from and the date and time it was received. We keep these to investigate abuse of the form and for no other purpose.

03 What we do not collect

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing on the page loads from an external server — fonts, styles, images and scripts are all served directly by us, and the site's Content Security Policy actively blocks requests to any other host.

If you browse this site without submitting the form, we do not learn who you are and we retain nothing about your visit.

04 Why we use it

We use the information you submit solely to evaluate and respond to your wholesale or distribution enquiry, and to communicate with you about a potential business relationship. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Our lawful basis for handling this information is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.

05 We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We never have and we have no plans to.

06 Where it is stored

Submissions are stored and delivered to us using established third-party cloud hosting and business email providers. They act solely as our service providers, process this information only to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for any purpose of their own.

Application data is encrypted at rest, and every connection to this site and to our submission endpoint is encrypted in transit with TLS.

If you are a prospective partner whose procurement or compliance process requires it, we will provide a current list of the providers involved on request — write to joe@apexpacifico.com.

If you are located outside the United States, submitting the form means your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your own country.

07 How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as needed to evaluate your enquiry and to maintain any business relationship that follows, plus the period required to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Technical logs containing IP addresses are discarded after 30 days.

If an enquiry does not lead to a relationship and you ask us to erase it, we will.

08 Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, we will honour a request to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted, and a request that we stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, to object to or restrict our handling of it, or to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email joe@apexpacifico.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

09 Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact joe@apexpacifico.com and we will delete it.

10 Security

We restrict access to submitted applications to the people who need it to evaluate your enquiry. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or passwords through this form.

11 Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes affecting information we already hold will be communicated directly to the contact address you gave us.
